so then the network speed has nothing to do with my ISP right? it's completely dependant on hardware?
and I thanks for the Athlon info. I had an Athlon BE 2350 I've been using up til this month. it was pretty decent. slow, but got the job done.
would more cores on the Phenom benefit a server?
