Heatkiller dual link bridge question

As u may know this sli block has 4 ports, 2 top and 2 bottom. The way id like to use it is one port on top and one on bottom. Can this block be used this way or was it only designed to do either top or bottom?

As long as you aren't using two ports that are directly aligned, yes you can use one at the top and one at the bottom.
