pump died DDDD:

Thread Starter
so my rasa kit pump died and im using the stock intel fan atm. I'm planning on upgrading anyways and already have a 655b lying around, just gotta finish painting my case before I can have everything setup. I'm just a little sore as I haven't even used the pump/res combo for half a year yet and it died(less than 4 months of use mad.gif). Had to find out when my computer starting choking running practically nothing. Thats when I decided to turn it off and touched the tubing to find it was super hot.

anyone know anyway I can revive this sucker?

Used hydrx for a little over a month and distilled water before that.

can't send it back to for rma since I bought it second hand off a local that never used it cus he went from wanting to upgrade parts of the kit to upgrading the entire loop completely.

Sorry to hear that another RASA kit pump has died. This happens all too often and is report on many of the other OCing sites as well.

As for reviving the kit because the RAD, tubing, blocks are all top quality, you can pick up a single or dual bay RES for DDC pumps. Having the dual pump ability would give you peace of mind should anything years down the road might happen.
Hope this helps.
