You can run memtest86+
to check if it's the memory causing the problem, and something like prime95 blend test or LinX
will let you know if it's failing because of the processor's integrated memory controller not being able to keep up. All 1090T should be able to handle 1600mhz fine, but just in case CPU-NB voltage should help you out if it passes memtest86+ but fails p95/linx, and if the memtest86+ is failing try increasing memory voltage or loosening timings. You could also flash to the newest bios for your motherboard if you are worried about compatability.
