BSOD Time! 0x01e

Thread Starter
I have been having a lot of BSOD's recently mostly when playing League of Legends or during a Skype call.
Additionally, the sound spazes out during the blue screen and spam plays the last noise.

It more or less randomly started a few weeks ago (no new hardware) unless I am forgetting something.

So far I looked into 0x01e and it seems to be driver related, but I don't want to reinstall every single driver again.

Here is some Info:::

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1e
BCP1: 0000000000000000
BCP2: 0000000000000000
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

Anyways, I am going to update my video drivers and reinstall the sound ones because they are simple.

+ Rep for any help!

You sure your overclock is stable? 1.256V for a 2600k @ 4.5Ghz isn't much. Maybe you are starting to experience "settling" (mine required a voltage bump after a few weeks).

**Return all overclocks to stock when troubleshooting BSODs. You're more than welcome to OC again after we solve your issues, especially if it's an unstable overclock.

If returning to stock doesn't help and you're still BSOD'ing, can you please navigate to C:/Windows/Minidump and zip / rar up your latest dump files? Once you've done that, please attach the zip / rar to your post by clicking the paperclip icon in the reply / post box.

If there are no files there, you may have it set to writing Kernel Memory Dumps rather than Small. If so, the DMP will be located in C:/Windows itself and named MEMORY.DMP.

If you have ESET antivirus version 4.X, ensure you upgrade to 5.X (its free). They put out an alert that their program was causing BSODs just this week.

Have you tried increasing your cvore?

I think I remember a thread somewhere about this.
