I don't want metal desk because most of the time it has glass, which I am afraid of breaking it.
I want a cheapest and good quality product if you guys can find.

Yeah thanks, but sadly I don't even know if my room is big enough for 1 of it.
I mean it isn't bad, but I wish the price would lower a little bit down so it is easier tongue.gif

Do you have an IKEA near you? If you do, check out the Vika amon and/or Galant. Both are great desks.

You should definitely look for a Galant, it's a really popular option on not ONLY on OCN but also in offices for the sheer price and size ratio.

You from US? if so I suggest you look for Executive desk on Craigslist. Cheap like you wanted and made of wood. You may see some of them at $50-$100. You'd have to have a big enough ride to haul it.

Edit: if you prefer something simple buy a plain surface room door from your local hardware store and a 2"x4" wood for legs and big and long enough screws or bolts to put them together.

I got the Z-Line L-shaped desk from Staples that a fair number of people on OCN have as well, due to it frequently being on sale. I must say, the glass is really quite strong. Someone said they weigh 130 and stood on it to reach a top shelf for something. It's rated at 90-lbs for the main sections and 50-lbs for the corner piece. I don't see any reason why someone would be getting a computer desk and putting more weight that that onto a single section of it. I was genuinely shocked when I tried to move the box with all the parts inside. The glass tops must weigh 40-lbs on their own. I wouldn't worry about getting a glass desk, but that's just me.

Costco should have folding tables for 30$ or walmart too. Just find the right size.

I got one from costco and it works nicely.

398

Thats what mine looks like. It even has a lifetime warranty on it if your into that sort of thing. It will fit three 24inch monitors if you need the space, and it works nicely with cable management systems. There is a little handle in the back that spring retracts that you can stick tables down then feed it through a cable management system like I did. It doesnt shake around, it doesnt feel flimsy, and its just right for my space needs
