Which ~240GB SSD budget $700-1k

I was gonna go with the revodrive3 x2 but apparently its not the best choice and only does 1.5G/s rather than the advertised 1.9G/s, I also heard Kingston is better than OCZ.

So wondering what would be my best choice.

Build will be watercooled and overclocked, Wanting the ramdrive for windows OS, pagefile and about 3 games, futureproofed for about 2-5 years, will possibly carry it over to a 2nd build.
Looking for e-peen performance within my budget.

Honestly any SSD will be night an day compared to HDDs in RAID. You don't need to spend a ton on one. Also, don't bother with PCIe cards. You are only wasting space where, since you are gaming, you could put to better use for gfx cards or a sound card.

@ 240GB/256GB I would suggest a Samsung 830, OCZ Vertex 4, Corsair Performance Pro, Intel 520, or a Plextor M3 Pro. You can get 2 and put them in RAID 0, but to actually see the difference in performance in real world use is very rare. I'd just get 1 large 512GB drive if i was spending that much money.
