Looking for a cheap 24" secondary monitor. <200 USD

As title states, I'm looking for a cheap replacement monitor that I can purchase here in Hong Kong. The monitor is going to be used in pair with a Dell U2412M and is only really for trading and web browsing, so while I won't be needing top tier response rates and the sharpest of colors, I do still want to get a decent image.

The following brands are pretty easily found in HK:
BenQ
LG
Samsung
Spectre (sp?)
Viewsonic

Thus far I have been looking at the following models:

LG E2441V - Can be found just north of 200 (202 USD). Looks to be a unit with mixed reviews. Some argue that it is fine while others complain about how inaccurate the colors are. Limited end user tweaking as well.

Samsung S24A350H - Can be found for 194 USD. Slightly older model and most people seem to have positive things to say about it.

VX2453mh-LED - Can be purchased for ~$165 USD. For the most part most reviews I have found online seem to indicate it is a solid performer. The built-in speakers are universally hated on but I won't be using them so it is not going to be an issue. Looks slightly dull.

VX2450wm-LED - Can be had for $175 USD. Some people say it is almost as bright as the sun in BF3, and that even on its lowest setting it can still be too bright. Looks better than the 2453mh.

Maybe I am not looking in the right places, but most of the threads I am running into people are recommending units that are either deactivated or not sold in HK. If anyone has a link where I could read more, would greatly appreciated!
