[CVG] First Skyrim DLC screenshot released? All will be revealed 'tomorrow' - Page 6

Obligatory "way too many bugs/fixes needed for Bethesda to be releasing DLC at this time" post. But seriously, Beth - how about fixing one of the twenty-odd bugged quests before adding new content in. Or God-forbid you actually integrate some of the UI fixes that modders have so kindly made for us all, so that every time there's an update my hot-keys don't all go to spit.

I don't know if I've had any major bugs or crashes in Skyrim. The UI sucked, but mods fixed that.

Odd, alot of people are complaining about the UI. I thought it was just fine. I swear OCN is afraid of change....

This. There were no problems with it, I just liked SkyUI better.

For reals, man. For reals.

My first mod (Den of Vuspyre) was a buggy disaster, because Bethesda's Creation Kit was too retarded to run multiple quest mods when they didn't even conflict with one another, so the players began unsubbing my mod. Currently working on my second mod, trying to import some sounds from Oblivion and Thief 3 but no luck since the Creation Kit is just...buggy. I'd rather say that they stop focusing on DLCs for now and completely fix the CK.

No, we have expansions these days. Except they changed the name from expansion to sequel. Look at COD, come on man, a four hour story at most? really? Each new CoD game is just an expansion with a new release price tag. Then all the added goodies we used to get patched in for free are now "DLC".

Its the sad world we live in. When an expansion becomes a sequel, and patched content becomes paid DLC. Sad, sad world mad.gif

The engine, and specifically the game, has the graphical prowess to create such visuals. Just do some basic google searches on graphics mods. I for one am thrilled that Bethesda is releasing new DLC. I for one will be buying it, but as someone else lamented. GW is drawing my gaze.

Skyrim still has a lot of bugs, but we will see. Bethesda games have always had many bugs and issues.

Hopefully this DLC provides good value if it costs money. Otherwise, I will just wait for a sale or not buy. It is going to be tough to match Morrowind GOTY edition. I have Morrowind, Morrowind GOTY, and Morrowind GOTY Steam version.

Lol, seriously? Skyrim's default UI is the most bogus piece of trash joke of a PC UI that I've ever seen. It's designed from the ground up to be operated with a controller. Try playing with SkyUI and witness a world of change.

They must have never played Morrowind.
