Nice price drops!

What about the 7870, any word on that? I'm thinking of buying one, one of these days. Would be a pain in the ass if i buy it and prices drop a few days later..

I haven't read anything about the price dropping for the 7870. Maybe after the other GTX 6XX series cards are released coming next month?

Hmm i was hoping that the prices of the 7870 would drop as well, to stay in line with the 79xx series. Now for 30 euro more, you can buy a 7950 instead of a 7870.

When Nvidia announces/ships their mid range GPUs (please don't turn this into a "680 is a mid range card, GK104!!!" argument) I hope AMD will lower the price on the 78XX series.

A 7870 at $300 would be the sweet spot IMO.
