These are the links to the motherboards since there's no big difference in the money, however every penny counts in the situation i'm in so let me know if there's no big difference between these 3 motherboards then i'll pickup the cheapest one.

They are all good quality motherboards. You could also look for an AsRock 990FX Extreme 4. I actually used this board and had a lot of great features sucks as 2 pcie lans running at 16x while sli. Of course it has USB3.0 Sata 6 and 3 7.1channel onboard audio. If I hadn't switched over to intel I would still be using it.

why did you switch to intel?

Because I ended up getting the intel bug. Plus they OC better then AMD. I have a 2550K right now being cooled by a Hyper 212+ @ 4.6Ghz. It is in the same case I had the 1090T in. Either way the 1090T chip I had wouldn't allow me to push passed 4.2Ghz. And at that speed it was running HOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. Right now my 2550k @ 4.6Ghz barely sees 60C.

Yeah, you hit the dreaded heat wall that's plagued on the phenom II's.

I can push my Phenom II to 4.5 before I hit the heat wall, then a serious voltage increase is needed for every 100MHz.
