Please help me. need and want the largest to 3.2GHz ... that the right to regulate. I myself am afraid.

CPU: C2D E6600 2,4ghz
MB: Gigabyte 965P DQ6 rev 1.1 (Bios F13)
Videocard: Gigabyte GTX280 (Artic xtreme GTX Pro)
Ram: A-data 4GB DDRII (1gb x4)
PSU: Gigabyte Odin 800watt
Water Cooling: Gigabyte 3D Galaxy II
120gb,160gb,500gb SATAII
Case: Gigabyte 3D aurora 570

What is the average speed I will get to with an E6600 3,2GHZ maybe 3,6Ghz

I think your limitations will be your maximum 'FSB' speed. If you start by setting it to 333 mhz you should get your 3.0ghz easy. Up vcore accordingly. (max 1.45-1.5 i'd say)
Also do you have stock cooling? If so you should really watch your temps and not go >70-75C.

Blend for 18 to 24 hours on Prime 95 is a good test.
