is this a good OC?

this is my pressler 3.2 on a stock cooler and some corsair XMS2 5400

i got my memory pumped up to 1.9 volts
and my core at 1.40 or so

keep in mind this is a stock cooler

what do you think i could get out of it with a zalman? I think im hitting heat issues because when i tried to bump it up to 4.4ghz or so it would randomly reset when loading windows and when i did get into it ounce it was around 140 or so up around the red zone.

and no thats not limewire on my desktop

I personally wouldnt push that proc any further unless you switch to liquid cooling. I'm sure you COULD get a higher oc but you will be really limiting the life of the proc by pushing it that hard. Just my two cents.

That's the average minimum Preslers can do on stock. My Pentium D 945 does 250x17 with stock everything, except the HSF which it has a Tuniq Tower 120 and I can go as far as 265x17 but have to try a little more higher some other time. Here it is:
