I'd pass over the Roswell myself. As for the BitFenix, I'm not too sure I haven't read anything about them or used them myself.

Both of the Akasas are PWM fans - does that mean I should be worried about a clicking noise while the fan is running if I go with one of them? I thought I had read that that was a potential concern for PWM fans.

I've heard of fan's clicking before, but can't say that I've experienced it myself. Although I do only have one PWM fan. If you hook the fans up to the fan controller, then you'll avoid the problem anyway in that the forth pin will be unused.
