I imagine if you could get a hold of an Opteron 165 and a decent overclocking motherboard it will be comparable in price and performance to a slightly or non-overclocked E6300. Why are you buying a intel board that does not overclock? I would just get an overclock friendly motherboard and keep the E6300.

the main reason for buying intel is the budget i can also get this asus http://www.asus.com/products4.aspx?l...51&modelmenu=1 but still unoverclockable.. if there is still amd pending and worth my money, dont forget to mention =)
