New to GPU OCing, i have a few questions

okay, well the gpu im getting is the Gigabyte GV-R677D5
AMD Radeon HD 6770 1gb gddr5

and i was wondering, how good and stable could i get this gpu to run?

I personally have no experiance with the 6770, but for 119 dollars i would go with a different card, since you have joined not long ago, i'd start by saying welcome to OCN.

for example i was able to pull up this chart http://www.hwcompare.com/8243/geforce-gtx-460-1gb-vs-radeon-hd-6770-1gb/

which shows you the difference between the gtx 460 1gb and the 6770 1gb, you can find a decent used gtx 460 for 100 bucks on amazon or else where. i am just pointing out that you can get a better card for that money. good luck choosing the right card.

Wait for the price drops to trickle down man! 7770 will go down to 139 msrp iirc.

Or find a 6850 on special which is a lot faster then a 6770
