Yep! I have to finish it in July to have it ready for quakecon. I'm working on the Russian stuff right now. I'm going to post it up here once I get it done. I need some Russian speaking people to look it over.

Woot! Yes I did miss that. You're awesome! Thanks!!! I'll PM outlawneedshelp too. I just want to finish the mockup first. I'm making a 1:1 scale Photoshop image for the front and top of the case, and then I'm adding the words and graphics to that. once I get it finished I'll post it so I can get some help with the words. It's very hard to use google translate for this because I don't know the terms for things. I found out that the word "питание" means "food", but it's used on equipment to mean "power". At least that's what it looks like from those photos I found. I never would have guessed that.

I should have the layouts finished tonight or tomorrow sometime. Thanks again for offering to help me Blizlake!

I spent the better part of today working on the mockup with text. I might add some more text later, but I think I got all the main items on there now. Please, anyone that speaks Russian, look over what I have google translated and make sure I didn't get anything wrong. I'm certain there are a ton of grammatical errors on the "basic instructions for turning on the computer" section. I'm going to go to the engravers on Tuesday!

Really just a stylistic choice, but I think the °C would look better inside a pair of parens.

(Though to be fair I don't know whether it was praxis to parenthesise units in Cold War Russia or not… tongue.gif)
