Hello looking back at your speeds in hd Tach they are awesome ??. Im only getting 254 Burst / 102 Av. Do you think it could be the 150gb Jumper that alters the drive from 300gb ?? i need to check in the morning Sp2504c Sata 2 drivers, on Nforce MCP. looking on samsung web site need to take jumpers off maybe ??.

Raid-0 definatly rocks and brings massive increase to everyday tasks but as for your controller issue...... I also have mine on the NVraid controller but one thing to look our for is if u assign to many things to NV u might load the bus to much and it will lag u out and in extreme cases prevent u from booting at all, the problem is easily fixed with no permanant damage but its worth looking out for If u want really fast and reliable Raid buy an internal raid PCI card because rather than sacrificing mobo resources ur shifting it over to PCI if that makes sense????

Yeah i read an article somewhere that its held back by the bus, maybe pci ex raid card may be the way to go. Anyone Know of anything , was hoping for better 254gb/s burst 100gb/s Avrg on raid 0 with Sata 2 3gb/s drives. Or is that ok in Hd tach and im expecting to much ??

wow those are some amazing benches for two drives man i wish my NVraid would do that i get 245 burst with two drives RAID 0 and 256 with four... my best experience has been with RAID 0+1 which i get 400+ burst and the same average read as four in RAID 0! I had my OS on an IDE but that died today so i hooked up my floppy drive created drivers with my mobo CD and put my Xp automated CD i made and after i got the drivers off the floppy loaded it installed Xp in 10 minutes!!!! i was amazed!!!
