FC5 V2 Problem

I had the FC5 V2 for a couple weeks running fine, but now all of a sudden the first 2 channels are showing 12volts (no matter where the dial is) and fans aren't moving. other 2 channels seem to be fine. Sucks because first 2 channels are for both my radiators and the other 2 are just there for space fill.

What is weird is that it seems to randomly work, some time I'll turn it on and they will work, other times it wont after boot, and once it stopped working after an hour of working fine.

Any idea what is going on?

Not sure what exactly is going on but it would be best to fill out our RMA form for a free replacement.

i seem to be having the exact same problem. randomly my display will switch from celcius view to voltage and it will say that the volts being fed out to channels 1 and 2 are at 12v but the fans don't even spin.

i bought the fan controller from an ebay seller about a month ago, so i am wondering if i still qualify for a RMA. i bought it new in an unopened box.
