i dont see the need to spend $300 on watercooling anymore when u can get high air cooling for CPU for $90 and a replace gfx card fans with better ones for like $20. is watercooling dead/dying?
The theory was wrong..They run hotter..can't really keep a SB chip cool either..not even with icewater :
Yeah ..I s'pose watercooling is a thing of the past..now everyone's gonna need SS Cascade to cool their CPUs
1156s don't run cool either..
But I've read threads where someone with a similar chip/OC was hitting 90c
