Two questions

Hi,
I'm considering either the Touch controller or the soon coming Lamptron 10.

So two questions:

- the touch is rated 30 watts per channel. Is that 30 running watts or 30 starting watts?

- in my experience to undervolt produces a lot of heat thus heatsinks are required on every fan controller i have ever owned. But the Touch appears to have no heatsinks at all. How does it slow down fans? Undervolting?

30 running watts, and its a PWM controller, not a rheobus

Ive never heard of any issues with starting power being an issue if the running watts is maxed out, to my knowledge the ratings are slightly less then what the unit is fully capable of for safety reasons.
