Inexpensive 2.1 set - Promedia alternative?

Thread Starter
Need to shrink my current stereo receiver + boombox/bookshelf speakers. Is there anything (2.1) decent under $100 besides used Promedias, which I haven't found around my area (and I'm not a fan of eBay)?

Uses: 50% gaming, 50% rock (sig)

If no eBay, I would look up craigslist.

For $100 or less it comes down to your negotiating ability there's certainly ways to get good deals. Maybe see if you could score a used Logitech Z-Cinema or Klipsch iFi.

Yeah, but those are from ConsumerDepot, which is a fair risk in my opinion (read some feedback on them). However, the general idea made me think of watching used Amazon prices to see if any dip low.

I have tried CL, seen nothing the last few months. I'll look up those sets; thanks for the input.

Any other ideas?

EDIT: Found some from a 3rd-party Amazon seller.
