ThermalTake v9 Black Edition - Side fan buzzing

I got this can about a year and a half ago and I just noticed the side fan makes an annoying buzzing noise. I have unscrewed the fan plugged it in and it does not make the buzzing noise. Right now it is back in buzzing away.

Also I am not sure when this started because I just replaced the stock heatsink/fan from with a Hyper TX3.

Is it tight? Wonder if some rubber absorbers would stop the noise....

The fan is tight and I will try the rubber pad idea once I find the set I have.

After I added the rubber pads to the fan and turned it on I noticed that there was air being forced out of the intake fan. I think that this is the cause of the buzzing noise. This means that I am going to have to add a shroud to the CPU exhaust fan if I am going to stop the buzzing.

Is there any material that I need to make the shourd or is cardboard fine?
