How can i vmod my 3450?

I have a Radeon 3450 256 mb sapphire graphics card, i want to raise the voltage from the stock 1.1
anyway this is my card:

I couldnt find any tutorials or any explanations
i would appreciate any help, thank you.

anyway i modded my 3450 (got 50k from fb to gnd and 20k from sense to gnd) but my 3450 wont go past core 760 and memory 520 (it was clocked stable like this with the stock voltage) so am i doing something wrong? or should i lower the resistors?
