dont get gs series although is stands for game series it really is not tx650 80+ could beat gs800 any day.For now that tough power 600 is more than enough even a 500 w would suffice.

Running my Sappire 7950 OC @ 1200/1593/1287Mv, stock power state on a 450W XFX Core 100% stable. Shortly after getting this card i decided to get a higher wattage psu to be on the safe side, a Be Quite 630W wich could not pull it with a decent oc on the card (Made the card squeel like a pig in idle and reboots during intensive gaming). Switched back to my current 450W and am hesitant to make another worthless psu upgrade anytime soon. My point is: Quality over quantity even tho the be Quite i picked up was highly rated in reviews.

Thanks for all the reply's.
I decided to go for a Sapphire HD7950 OC edition. Also i will be keeping my current Coolermaster toughpower 600w PSU which gets pretty decent reviews, its not a superb PSU but it should be good enough.

My girlfriend is getting my current 5850 for her rig. Though her PSU isnt good enough... I am thinking about ordering a Corsair CX600 (600w) for her. She doesnt need an awesome PSU and it doesnt have to be future proof because the 5850 will probably last for some time in her rig.

Would the Corsair CX600 be sufficiant enough for her rig?

- i5 750 on stock speed
- ATI HD 5850
- 4gb memory
- 2 Sata HDD

Very smart move indeed ocz is a trusted brand and best buy at the moment in this time of recession plus you have room for the future, although i dont recommend getting a second card this year as drivers are a pain and hard to get by.Enjoy your new rig. wink.gif
