I bought one two weeks ago here at OCN for $220 shipped. That should at least get you in the ball park.

One downside for you is that since then the Z77 boards have been hitting the retailers and IB will be out next week, so that will probably put some downward pressure on your pricing.

I would say $250-$275 shipped is a good price. $220 seems kinda low unless you want a quick sale. I would start at $275 and work your way down.
