You can consider a high FPI radiator and some 1800+ RPM fans that'll balance it out some if noise is not a issue.. If you go the low FPI rad route, your radiator will be quite warm..
There is no rule that you have to have a lot of radiators, though some of us are crazy enough to have 4-6 rads... in the end, here are your choices..
More Rad + Low RPM fan = quiet and cool (low FPI rad)
Less Rad + high RPM fan = Loud but cool (high FPI rad)
Less Rad + low RPM fan = quiet but hot (low FPI rad)
I did a GTX480 which is known to cook eggs literally on a 120 high FPI rad with a 3000RPM delta for the fun of it, was loud like a truck on full load, but the results was suprisingly a lot better then the stock cooler..

Well, with a Q9550 @ 4.2GHz and a 5850 currently at stock (was getting horrific crashes out of nowhere) I'm currently getting CPU temps of 39C at idle, and it's currently about 22C in the house... so I'm already 17C above ambients at idle. This is the reason I was concerned :/
