The cheap way to do it would be to unplug the harddrive and boot off the disc. However make sure that the keyboard lights up and is detected. From the time you press the power button start spamming DEL. Try it a couple times. If that doesn't work I once had to unplug the HDD and boot off the disc, then before you press "Install Now" on windows, plug the SATA cable back in. Its kinda the ghetto way to do it, but it worked.
