ocz vertex 4 128 gb vs samsung 830 128 gb - Page 2

OCZ Vertex 4 latency issue maybe due to the fact that it is using Synchronous NAND instead of Toggle NAND but with the new controller I hope it can make up for the lack in application performance over Crucial M4 and Samsung 830.

I have 1 PC, 1 PS3 and 1 laptop waiting for 3x SSD that are exceptional and I haven't decided but I might just get another Crucial M4.

Since the latest Marvell controller released and hasn't been coupled with Toggle NAND yet then I can guess the next SSD might be quite a beast as Pro or Max IOPS version. SSD prices are dropping monthly and it might be worth the wait unless Vertex 4 can do something about it's application performance.
