There has to be some sort of explanation. My school is filled with these crappy slow computers. Lags like it's running an Intel Atom CPU. These computers can barely play internet browser flash games at 20fps..
Connected to a central server for processing or something? So confused here... just looking for some knowledge redface.gif

It's running a VM on top of it. I'm thinking that's their main server and the desktop you're at is probably just a terminal

I agree. I have several systems at work that have pretty beefy CPUs, but they run like crap because of the scenario you described.

It's definitely a VM. It says it has 10GB of ram, and it also says it's OS is windows server..

Yeah I agree with the guys above me.

Where I work we use Windows Multipoint for some class rooms smile.gif
1 PC with 4 screens etc.
