Random multiple BSOD

I have an ASrock 870iCafe r2.0 and I've updated the BIOS to 1.70 to get it to recognize my brand new 8150 Zambezi 8-core, the problem now is that I've had to reinstall a fresh copy of windows and am getting random, multiple BSOD's, sometimes it gives a file, sometimes just a bunch of x's and numbers, the only file I saw give a code was rdyboost.sys..

It seems that there was a lack of forwards compatibility or something on this board for this processor or something, I'm freaking out now without my desktop. Is there anything I can do?

I can get on the desktop for maybe 10 minutes before it crashes if it doesn't crash immediately after "Windows is Starting Up"

here is a CPU-Z snippet, I found the core speed and voltage is... off maybe?317

I need to know if this processor is bad, I just got it in today from newegg ... I'll need to know if I need to RMA this or not.

In my experience, ReadyBoost itself happens to cause a lot of issues with 'touchy' USB controllers/drives.

That low VCore and clock is a result of the CPU throttling down into a low power state, and is completely normal. What do your temperatures look like under load/idle? Overclocked? Need more information about your setup before anything definitive can be said.

Please visit this page: http://www.overclock.net/lists/component/manage/type/RIG and fill out the information regarding your platform. It will make it much easier to asses any problems.
