I had one of these way back when I had a P4 and a nForce 4 board, the only thing I don't like about it is YOU MUST USE THE ZALMAN COOLANT or some type of anti corrosive liquid, this is because the "reserator" base is made entirely of aluminium, it's anodized, but still, you can't help but worry as your CPU block base is copper, it's a recipe for disaster if the anodize wears off.
Now I'm not saying Zalman makes a crappy product, from the time I did have it, the unit never failed me, it kept my temps in check. I never did try to overclock my P4, that thing was hot enough as it is.. I can only assume that you will be able to squeeze in some type of overclock on your newer CPU as any CPU past the P4 generation runs much more cooler.
I used it for 2x 6800, northbridge and CPU in one single loop, the unit got pretty baked during full load, I bought the fan for the reserator unit also which helped, kind of defeated the whole "fanless" idea..
My $0.02 is It's decent, look's original, but a bit out dated. If you are going for just cpu cooling, a H80 or H100 would be smaller, does a better job, less hassle.
I sold it after owning it for about 2 years, when I upgraded to C2D, I went with a H70.
