A friend of mine is going to order the EVGA GTX 680 when they come back in stock.

A question exists that those of you with GTX 680s might be able to help with...

Is it possible to use the GTX 680 with multiple monitors at different resolutions? Ultimately, the hope is to use the 680 connected to four displays at three different resolutions.

Does anybody have the ability to test this setup?...Or does anybody already know if this is possible?

Thank you in advance for your responses and help!

For surround gaming it requires that all 3 monitors be of the same resolution and refresh rate. The accessory display doesn't have to have the same stats tho. I don't have a 680 yet, but those are the rules for nvsurround support /shrug.

What about for outside of gaming intentions? - The plan would be, for now, to use four monitors at the different resolutions for 'everday' use.
The primary display that would be used would be 1440, the other monitors right now are not that high of resolution.

I personally have my main monitor running at 1920x1080, a secondary VGA monitor at 1280x1024 and lastly my TV also at 1920x1080. As long as you only want to extend your desktop to them, the 680 has no problem in that regard. smile.gif
