P8Z77-V Good for IB/SB @ 5Ghz on H100?

Hi Guys

This is my first post on this forum, so thank you all for welcoming me. I have searched the forum and I have seen quite a bit of discussion on the P8Z77-V PRO as well as DELUXE, but not much on the plain P8Z77-V, so please excuse me if this has been asked before...

As you can see by my RIG, I am in desperate need of an upgrade and I can get the P8Z77-V for ZAR1899 ($240). Now I plan to run either IB if the retail samples behave better under extreme air OC, and if not I will go for a 2500K.

Question is: Do you guys think this board is good for a 5Ghz OC on a good air cooler/H100 type all in one water setup?

Thanks again...
