I have marked the 2x areas you need to focus on..
GPUv = the square/black IC in the smaller red square
vMEM = under the mosfet cooler.. it looks like... should be a 8-16 leg IC under there

* I have marked the picture below, how i think the IC's are tied to the various phases..
Im not certain what the pinout for the GPUv controller is... it doesnt look like a familiar chip. It could be .. just in disguise though. If you can measure resistance around the IC and map out some ground points - we may be able to figure it out though. :)

This IC looks very familiar to NCP5359, used on Gigabyte model GPU...
**Can you please measure resistance at the 'blue' and 'yellow' resistors I have marked? As well... please see if either of those resistors have a connection to ground.
