This is where you measure. Put the resistance to X1kOHM on your multimeter and hopefully you'll get a reading.

For ground:

Put your multimeter to ''BUZZ'' and check both sides of the resistors while touching the ground. If it buzzes, check where it is.

and what it measures. the number 1 I'm 12 or 13 ohm and number 2 I'm 18 OMH. can give these OMH. when the 2 poles together red and black with nothing on me put 3 OMH tester that is normal. but I buy a new electronic thank you very much for helping

Can't quite follow... CL3 understands and examples much better =]
Yeah a DMM will be much better!

I also tested with the buzz and the two are grounded. thanks for your patience

Just so I understand you ->  you tested each of the marked resistors, for continuity to ground.. or to each other?

*If resistor has 1x side connected to ground = it MAY BE suitable for mod. I would suggest you try to pencil while running and monitor voltage for GPU core, as you are "marking" the resistor a little at a time. You should see voltage fluctuate very soon after applying pencil ... it does not take much to initiate a change.

Unfortunately with the language barrier and the 'no-name' IC.. this "prod & test" method may be the easiest way to find the mod point. I think we are close already.... wink.gif
