Given the constant heat load of the proc, the inefficiencies of the rad, and the fact that the water is moving, he won't have a problem staying above 0C nor should he have a problem with expansion.

Always nice to see more people push the limits of conventional cooling thumb.gif

i know it wont freeze while the machine is running, im saying, ok ice worked, time to put it in the freezer/cooler forman grill filled with ice, ectera filled with ice, and then you leave it in for to long/over night and it could happen, im not trying to poop on anyones party, i just hate to see damaged goods
