Well, Kubuntu is Ubuntu but with KDE, so it will look more like Windows. Mandriva looks a lot like Windows IMO as well, and if you buy the comercial version, it comes with lots of non-free software that makes Linux MUCH easyer. Plus, it has manuals and the like to help you out. Another good one to try would be Linspire Five-0, another comercial distro, that tries to be as much like Windows as possible.

Once you get your distro installed, there are theams you can use to make it look even more like Windows. I have even seen theams that turn the K-menu button into a "start" button!

There are a ton of options for Ubuntu. If you can find them you havent looked hard enough. What do you want to do with it?

Also to get some apps and stuff look at Automatix or Easy Ubuntu to get some of those things going. Or better yet find what they are and manually install them.
