I want a fast glide(which wont be inconsistent), and the Hayate is just about right from what I can tell. Though I'm interested on the Hayabusa after hearing that it's more like controlled version of the Hayate(slower) yet easier to stop which is the most important thing for me. If the Hayate is too fast for my liking, then it would be big waste of money and I don't want that, I'm broke atm. frown.gif
I had the NP+ for a while, and yeah it's a very good pad and lives up to its name: I even tested it by dropping a glass of water, just forms a puddle on the surface and doesn't get wet. But I don't like the rough texture, my wrist gets scratched after some fast swipes. frown.gif
...and you are right about the Heavy, seems it was a mistake. The heavy definitely feels slower, mushy is the word to be exact but feels nice though. I could have sworn my QcK+/SK Gaming were faster than the Heavy given the same circumstances.
Thanks Skylit, I was worried about this. Is this new material on the Kinzu V2 Pro comparable to the skates that comes with the XAi/Sensei as default? Will it scratch up a mouse pad, say a new Hayate/Hayabusa/SK gaming?
and can you tell me if I should order this: http://shop.steelseries.com/en/accessories/steelseries-glide-kinzu.html
The glide Kinzu is just like the original XAi/Sensei's skates, but just smaller right? Or is it the same which comes with the original Kinzu V1(which is horrible). Please shed some light on this, if I order from the SS shop, I'll most likely order the feet together, that is if I get the Kinzu V2 Pro.
Thanks Skylit, I've been following your posts for a very long time, and have learnt a lot. Thanks man. smile.gif
Thanks man for the reply. smile.gif
I seriosly love the glossy coating of my XAi R.U.S.E, it helps with the sweat. The rubber coating from the original DA/DA:BE were just horrible for my hands. It was always a mess, after a few session but not with my current XAi. So I prefer a glossy mouse, even if it's some quirks overall(have to compromise somewhere). frown.gif
I'm looking at the GS now, as it does boast glossy sides atleast. I had the MX, sensor was pretty nice but the shape was just not meant for me, too big. Now that you say about the EC2 eVo, I'll have to give it more thought. Same sensor as the AM, so in theory it should perform similar right? And what about the shape, is it smaller than the XAi/AM, comparable to the Kana atleast and light weight?
Oh, and I didn't really like the 5L. I tried it a few years back at a shop. I always go back to the QcK series for some reason. tongue.gif
Sorry for all the questions, hope you don't mind. tongue.gif
Haha, but I like glossy mice, to each his own. smile.gif The AM is perfect for my needs, after all the only FPS I play CSS/1.6, and a big part of me is dedicated to these games. But I want a smaller footprint, like the G9x/Kinzu/Salmosa, I've pretty small hands. biggrin.gif
Thanks buddy for your opinion. If I am right, the WMO 1.1 is just shaped just like the XAi, but has a decent sensor even if it's only 400DPI? I can play at that DPI, no problem but what about the shape? Are there any glossy version available?
Thank you everyone for taking the time to write these replies for my cause. Rep+ to you guys. smile.gif
The Zowie AM's footprint is pretty much identical to the WMO 1.1, same with the Xai, but the Xai is quite a bit heavier than the WMO and AM

WMO 1.1 ~ 75g
Kana ~ 75g
Zowie AM ~ 85g (Mine is 87g)
Xai ~ 100g
Deathadder ~ 140g (for comparison, I guess)

Wow, the WMO is pretty light. The DA as usual the heaviest of em all rolleyes.gif

Thanks for the reply, I'm just down to ordering either the Kinzu V2 Pro/Zowei AM GS now. Lets see what fate as in store for me. smile.gif

The DA is about 110gr in weight, not 140.

Or, if you consider it 140 grams, then you need to put the weight of all other mice with cord too wink.gif

If you're considering versions of the deathadder you can no longer buy, then sure.

the 3.5g is 140g.
