Advice on headphone+mic or headset

So guys I know there is a lot of these posts but I couldn't find any of them that has exactly what I need so I decided to make my own!

1. Up to 90 USD might spend more if its worth it.

2. Rock, Metal, Eletronica, Classical

3. Excellent for gaming and here comes the catch and what is making me have a hard time choosing which one I need, I share my room with my brother so I need a headset / headphone mic with a REALLY good noise canceling mic, that's why I guess gaming headsets would be a viable choice. I always read you guys saying that 90% of those are junk I would like to know which ones belongs to the 10% good ones, I was looking at seenheiser's PC330 but I heard its uncomfortable. Anyway my priorities are Good for gaming, noise canceiling mic (I heard zalman's clip in mic gets a lot of ambient sound), comfort and still having a good sound quality, nice positional audio would be nice too.

4. On-Board Realtek audio (Motherboard Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3)

5. 80% Gaming 20% everything else like movies and music

6. I live in Brazil but I can bring it from the US so mainly Amazon and newegg.

I appreciate any help you guys can give me and apologize if I forgot to state anything that would help you guys help me biggrin.gif.

Hmmmmm I would think going for the logitech G35's. They are 7.1 surround and are pretty sweet.
