I didnt mind cause I wanted to be lazy and not have to reinstall everything but it wouldve bugged me having all that new gear and an old install of Win7 on it. I always advise to just do a clean install. It cant hurt but could really help.
And congrats on the board. It is the best AMD board available IMO. Its about indestructible and overclocks like a dream. More options in the UEFI than you can imagine if youre coming from a standard BIOS.

That's strange. I'm not sure why my windows didn't mind the change in motherboard chipset.

I was actually patient and did the fresh install. One teenie little problem. It will not enter into bios at splash screen!!!! The only time time it will allow me to enter bios is if i press the memok! button. It will go to windows and does load fine. No problems in windows. ***! Any thoughts?
