Keyboard Similar to Sidewinder x4, but with blue LED backlight?

Thread Starter
Hey everyone, I'm just wondering if there are any keyboards (besides the Razer Blackwidow?) that have blue LED backlights as well as media control buttons. Macros aren't entirely necessary either.

I'm not exactly looking to replace my current peripherals, I'd just like to have some in mind in case my keyboard goes kaput, or if a friend I know wants my input

Well I have settled on the G510 from Logitech, i wanted macro keys and blue lights.

Ideally I would have modded the X4, but couldn't find all the bits I needed. I've fallen in love with the screen on the G510 and so am very happy. Depending on how much you have to spend, you could look at the G100 as well, doesn't come with the screen and has less macro buttons.

Both those keyboards do have full sized keys though, rather than the flatter keys of the X4 and have detachable wrist rests.

You always have the option of the Ducky Shining keyboard. They come in a variety of switch and LED combos, including blue smile.gif

Here's a link for blue LED variants only.

Here are simple step-by-step instructions on how to change the backlight color on the X4, including where to get the LEDs...

Obviously, this voids your warranty, so proceed at your own risk...
