RAID temporary failure - need help

Thread Starter
Hi,

I have a P8P67 and two SSDs on SATA 3 configured as RAID 0.

Modest overclock that has run Prime 95 for 12 hours and Intel Burn Test for 20 runs.

Here is the problem. When running minecraft a lot (x64 memory leak issue?) I sometimes get a blue screen after a while.

When I reboot the system, I get the message that the RAID configuration FAILED. (both drives are recognized).

I can restart, but to no avail. Still failed.

However, if I turn the system completely off, and then restart, the RAID is OK. I can go into BIOS, select the RAID and boot from there.

Any ideas on
1. Any tests I need to run to figure out why the blue screen is happening?
2. Any ideas on why I get this RAID failure (that freaks me out more than the blue screen)?

Thanks
My System

Probably won't help but I just wanted to share my thoughts on raid. I had 2drives in raid 0. Until one day I boot up and got some bull**** boot volume error or something thing (been a while). Basically I spent a few days trying to figure it out. I decided to reinstall win7. Now I'm using raid 1. Little change there now I'm trying to use one of the cache drives from ocz. I think I messed it up because now when I try to set it up it say SSD error reboot required. Anyways sometimes it's more trouble than its worth using raid
