If you're referring to an iPhone, then yeah. But I wouldn't have any worries about dropping my Galaxy Ace on concrete, and that's a low end smart phone.

I don't really see the use of this, the video made it all look so awkward. I'd rather they just added buttons to switch between workspaces or something like that. Not to mention the issue of fingerprints. (or whole hand prints in this case)

This reminds me of Intel's Nikiski concept with the clear touchpad that basically took up the entire palm wrest and touchpad portion of the laptop. When you closed it, it's basically show you the Metro UI through the full width touchpad where you could do things like check the weather with the 2 sided touch.

Its no different from Android/Apple threads. The only difference is you guys expect WP7 users to just quite down because they are the minority and shouldn't have a voice in an otherwise sea of rapid users who will shun a product because it doesn't have hexa-core processor or a 1600p screen.

At least you now know how other users feel when you fans squabble over electronics..

I just want a phone that has no top or bottom so that I can grab it from my pocket and have the top of the phone be the top of the phone whichever way I'm holding it. A screen on the back seems like a gimmick, and a pretty useless one to boot.

Nah I'm not fanning over anything I'm just tired of this inability to take criticism. I wasn't around here when Android was released but be assured I was equally harsh to those people.

In this case, it was lashing out at something that wasn't even possibly criticism of Windows Phone and was about smartphones in general, but the response was complete hyperbole and not even on the point. It's not very professional to post a new article on a professional overclocking website and then hound almost every comment on the first page (which stopped when I called it out). Anyway, I'll stop now since it's no longer going on.

The topic is pretty interesting but there's a lot of things that get patented and never see the light of day. There's an Asus roll up laptop out there somewhere and also an entire Microsoft room.
