You want to go over the top ? Hmmm ... Perhaps mount dual Xtreme NOVA 1080 Radiators outside the casing. These are 9x120 mm for low rpm fans.

BTW as far as I can see at a glance you lack fittings. And if you want to have "everything" then ofc temperature sensors, flow meter, filter. I would suggest also looking into bulkhead fittings and quick disconnects should you decide mount something externally.

As far as making cheaper goes, btw I would skip that coolant liquid and use distilled water instead. It performs better than any coolant thats under 1000$ a liter (the 3M ultra-exotic stuff). And a drop of biocide for keeping the floaters away.

The "coolant liquids" sold are usually just overpriced car antifreeze btw with few drops of dye.

Yeah I forgot about fittings, Im unsure of what id need EXACTLY, but, I want to use compression fittings.
The first fan controllers include temp sensors I believe. as far as a flow meter Id have to look. And Im probly going to add a drain into the system somewhere.

I was meaning the inline ones for water temps, unless you planning to get special screw in thingies for using the sensors coming with the fan controller. Something like this: http://www.aquatuning.de/product_info.php/info/p7367_temperature-sensor-in---outer-thread-G1-4.html

They are ofc not needed. Now - most of your list is not exactly about water cooling, but let me copy-paste the stuff I myself ordered few days ago for starting a water cooling.

1x Nanoxia thermal compound "Heat Buster"
9x Coolink SWiF-1201 17 dB/A 1200 rpm ( 120x120x25mm )
2x Bulkhead fitting G1/4
2x Alphacool DC-LT Ceramic - 12V DC - Pump - bulk Version
1x Alphacool Repack - Dual DC-LT - 5,25 Single Bay Station without pump
1x Alphacool NexXxoS NBXS-A Silver Northbridge (I think it should fit my 6770 gfx card)
5x tubing PVC 10/8mm (5/16"ID) UV-active red
1x Xtreme NOVA 1080 Radiator
6x 10/8mm (8x1mm) compression fitting G1/4 revolvable - black nickel
4x 10/8mm (8x1mm) L tubing connector - copper plated
10x 10/8mm (8x1mm) compression fitting G1/4 90° revolvable - copper
4x screw plug G1/4 Inch knurling gold plated
2x angled 45° adaptor revolvable G1/4" to G1/4" inner thread - gold
4x spacer sleeve 3mm - black nickel (1 piece)
1x cooler screwpack M3 universal - black ( 4 screws)
2x Anti-Twist adaptor G1/4" inner thread to G1/4'' inner thread
1x EK Water Blocks EK-Supreme HF Acetal (775/1156/1155/1366/2011/AM3
and some RAM heatsinks off DealExtreme as they were a lot cheaper there.

Altogether approx 330 euros from Aquatuning.de - there is some extra fittings in case stuff does not work out like planned and as I'm planning to bolt my rad to the case side then ofc I have also bulkheads. Fittings add up cost fast so its reasonable to go with fhatever is cheapest, or if its important to you whatever you like how they look. For me the cheapest option was 10/8mm as Aquatuning had many of these parts at discount atm.

I think the hardest part will be figuring out sizes, after that I should be good to go.
and I know the whole list isnt about water cooling specifically. but its definately my goal. I Dont think I could stuff any thing more than what I have now into the case haha

And yeah I meant a in line water flow meter. I was thinking of using maybe a coolance flow meter.. but idk yet.
Im also wondering if this thing would run well. I have no idea if all these parts are compatible with each other.. D:

And as far as the pump goes I heard thats the best. But then I saw a reservoir/pump duo that looked pretty beast, and Im wondering if that would help efficiency while cutting down cost and space usage.

Also, if it wasnt clear before, I live in the US. So Im not sure how euros convert..

I think its roughly euros * 1.3 for the rough price in dollars. But that's not that important as some stuff is cheaper in US and some in EU and in the end its the most sensible to go with whatever offers the best bang-for-buck locally.

Most water-cooling stuff fits together quite well. Although there are some brands that use non-standard or even worse propieraty connectors and these dont play well with other stuff or at very least need some third party adapters. I have heard bad things about Thermaltake, for example, in this regard - dunno how true it is though as I have not looked at thermaltake watercooling stuff myself as I'm in Europe and its pretty rare around here.

The standard size is G1/4'' for most stuff although some use G1/8'' and few things also G3/8'' connectors.

I think that for a small loop you dont need a beastly pump as all it offers over something that is correct size for the loop is extra noise and heat. The difference in temperatures, as long as your radiator is of sufficient size and you are at approx 120 liters/hour or above in the flow rate is less than one degree Celsius according to the tests. For example http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?147767-The-impact-of-tubing-sizes

Well, Im mostly getting stuff for the cheapest I found first. Im unaware if any of these parts are cheaper. Id love to find cheaper solutions though.
And as far as compatibility, I meant mostly the motherboard, ram cards, SSD drives. etc. Im not sure on that. Im PRETTY sure that waterblock will work on that motherboard. I dont know if I need anything for the board either.

Im thinking of replacing the pump with a pump reservoir combo that will mount into the front like the optical drive etc.

Ok! I edited a bunch of things and brought down the cost of the whole project 600 bucks, hopefully this will be a good setup. Its mainly a gaming rig, But I plan to do music producing on it as well.

Im PRETTY sure I have a "all compatible" setup here.
All I need to do now is figure out which/how many fittings I need.
any more suggestions would be awesome!

No idea how you managed to get up to $4500 here, especially since it's just a quad-core AMD system. You can build a more powerful Intel build with watercooling and all that jazz for half the price.

agreed. the actual "computer" your building as far as processing power and what not pretty much sucks for the money your spending, your just blowing most of your money on a fancy water cooling system which is pretty useless if your overclocking a weak chip to begin with.
