Compared to GoG.com, GFWL sucks.

if you haven't experienced an issue it doesn't make it any less of an issue.

When did I say it did not have any issues? LOL, like I said, stop whining.

yes, we do have a reason to complain...

I had a bit of a problem with my Live account (i thought i didn't need it anymore, so i stopped paying)

big whoop, now the games that uses GFWL (Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, Microsoft Flight, etc.) will not work, the damn game you payed for, and you're ALREADY on a DRM (Steam). why add a pointless second layer to it?

Needless to say, i had to switch payment over to Paypal to pay for the damn account, then switched back to credit card. You know what, that's bullcrap. it makes that "cheap" game you got off a Steam Sale MORE expensive than it looks because of the $$$ you pay for the stupid GFWL account. Yea, it used to be cool when i used to be primarily on Xbox, but i moved to Steam 4 years ago, and this thing STILL hangs around like a sore.

It's just NOT needed when other games works just fine right off the bat from Steam.

Rubbish .you've never had to pay for GFWL and not paying for Xbox live doesn't affect your ability to access it on your pc.

Totally agree. GFWL makes me cringe... madsmiley.png

I wish GFWL got some real support form Microsoft
Because right now its still a playing Russian roulette with its network
Sometimes it works flawlessly
But other times it doesn't want to run properly
