Huntkey X7 900W good enough for 2X 7970 puls other hardware ?

I have a Huntkey X7 900 W PSU. I battle to overclock 2 7970’s with it. Once I up the voltage the driver freezes and it locks up. My 12V rail goes to 11.614 V when the GPU’s are at load. Could the PSU be causing the issues?

I have an overclocked i7 , ten fans for the water cooling plus pump .

The PSU is fine and software voltage monitoring is worthless. This sounds like either a driver problem or an unstable overclock.

Just an update. I did the following tests at 1250 MHz with 1.250v. Both cards are water cooled. A run of Furmark , MSI Kombuster , 3D Mark 11 and a round of BF3. The cards worked 100 % individually.
I then did same in Xfire . First run at 1.250v the PSU shut down. I had to drop voltage to 1.218 and clock to 1100 MHz to get though the test with both cards. I think it must be the PSU ?
