My Specs
AMD Phenom 8650 clock at 2.34GHZ Triple Core
3.5 Gb of Ram
Sapphire 7850
Some random PSU
Some randow Case
1tb hard drive
I dont why but I am thinking that my processor is slow my FPS down alot if that is it. I am goin to change my processor later but I just wanna know why am I having so FPS in Starcraft 2. Please help Thank you for your time

Yeah, your processor is most likely the bottleneck here.

Is there anything I can do. I am waiting for CPU it coming in a week or 2. Is there anything I can at the moment to get more FPS in game? I just download GPUZ and I notice it is at 300MHZ and 150 MHZ is this normal.

Check your gpu usage when you play sc2. But its 100% that your cpu bottleneck your card heavily. Yes is normal because your gpu is in idle mode.

download msi afterburner. open it and let it monitor. Then start playing sc2. Then check how much gpu usage the afterburner tells you. Nope you dont hurt your gpu. Bottleneck is when your cpu is much slower than your gpu. Thats why you have poor performance
