HTC Evo 3D in protecting case - overheating?

Just bought this htc. Since new mobiles have stronger processors they warm more than old phones. I put it in protecting case made of rubber/plastic and I wonder if it's recommended to remove it while recharging and playing games as somebody told me? Thanks.

Nope you'll be fine.

I use a Otterbox defender case and it heats up but it's nothing to worry about. The phone has a thermal shutdown if it does get too hot though! thumb.gif
