33 seconds is more or less normal for a P4 at 4.0 GHz, so I can buy that's typical for an e6300 at stock. I'm sure there are results on here somewhere for a similar setup at stock, but it sounds pretty good so far.

My E6300 runs 32 seconds stock and 26seconds when I slow the ram down to match the CPU and move the clock speed up 400MHz.

If you haven't read the Intel overclocker's guide, there's a link in my sig. It's a bit dated now, but it's very thorough.

what can i expect for an overclock with better ram? the calculations confuse me, everyone seems to be using different Ghz.(ie. my bios settings shows anywhere from 0-2000Hz, where other people talk about 200-500Hz)
That is QDR (Quad Data Rate).
Intel has a Quad-pumped bus, so when someone says 1066 FSB, it actually only has a 266MHz FSB, but runs like a 1066MHz bus.

Also, your mobo could be slowing you down. nVidia on Intel is known to absolutely not run good.

Making a screenshot is easy. Hit print screen (or <ALT> + <Print Screen> to only capture the currently active window). Then go to your favorite picture editor, and paste into a blank document.

Now, your settings seem pretty much correct. Your RAM is currently running at DDR2 500 speeds (325/13 x 10 = 250MHz, and since it's DDR2, the effective speed is DDR2 500). Thus, you have a bit more headroom in your RAM. If anything is holding you back now it's that motherboard.

nVidia chipset based motherboards, including the one yuo have, don't overclock well at all. With luck, you can get 20% or so, and you have already exceeded that. I think you've hit the limit of that motherboard
